Since 2014, we’ve served vulnerable and street-connected children in Zambia, offering:

The Role: Be the Fuel Behind the Mission

We’re looking for a creative, driven, Jesus-loving Resource Mobilizer to help us raise the support we need to keep this mission alive—and growing.

 

As our Resource Mobilizer, you’ll connect with people and organizations who care, and help them join our mission by giving—money, goods, time, prayers, and partnership. This is more than fundraising. It’s about inviting people into the story of transformation.

 

What You’ll Do

• Build & lead our fundraising strategy (with mentorship + flexibility)

• Connect with donors, churches, and partners who want to invest in change

• Write compelling stories, proposals, grant apps, and impact updates

• Help gather in-kind resources (school supplies, medical needs, tech, etc.)

• Track progress, thank supporters, and share real results

• Support or create campaigns that inspire giving (online + IRL)

 

You’ll Thrive If You...

• Have experience in fundraising or mobilizing resources (even as a volunteer)

• Love Jesus, love kids, and love making things happen

• Are a strong writer, communicator, or storyteller

• Know your way around email, social media, or digital donor tools

• Are self-starting but not afraid to ask for help

• Want to make a Kingdom impact—not just build a career

 

Why It Matters

Right now, Nsansa Village provides for every daily need of each child onsite:

• Daily meals + nutrition

• Tuition, school supplies & transport

• Toiletries, clothing, mattresses, electricity

• Healthcare + prescriptions

• Spiritual and emotional support

 

We also reach kids still on the street with 8+ outreach events per month, offering a hot meal (when we can), prayer, devotionals, and connection. This role helps us keep saying “yes” to every child God sends our way.
